    SCG suite of Unified Communications Tools addresses data gathering needed for phone device, user updates and voice mail account programming. All team members have a single location to place needed information. Team members access their area anytime simultaneously performing their work.

    Our suite of tools includes:

    • Phone Device Survey (PDS©) with Cut Sheet©

    • MAC XFER accurate MAC transfer to include serial number for asset tracking

    • Label Tool enable accurate and quicker physical placement of phone devices

    • UCM BAT file preparation. Single CSV file for phone device programming

    • UCM User Updates CSV file to aid in Cisco UCL or UWL licensing needs

    • CUC voicemail account programming with or without email also directly assignable to User Templates. CSV files for VM with email and VM only

    Transformation from older CUCM to newer CM

    We have a solution to enable transforming phone devices from an older CUCM to a newer CM version.

    • Legacy UC phone devices can be up converted to the newer UC platform to include Call Control scheme at the same time

    • No need for an extra server

    • No need to migrate and convert. This will be aa direct programming of these phone devices into the newer system. Don't bring old bad data forward.
