Seamless Communications Group — Privacy Policy
Effective: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Seamless Communications Group Inc. ("SCG," "we," "us," "our") handles information across all SCG products and services, including SCG iSecure, Voter Viewer, and SCG's communications products (UC, EV, IoT, and related services).
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@scgconnect.com or 585-671-5663.
1. Products covered by this policy
This policy applies to information handled in connection with:
2. Information we collect
For SCG iSecure users, when a user voluntarily enrolls in SMS notifications we collect: first and last name, mobile phone number, ZIP code (optional), email address (optional), timestamp and IP address of the opt-in submission, and a record of the consent language shown at the time of opt-in. SMS enrollment is optional; users can access and operate SCG iSecure through the web dashboard, mobile app, and email notifications without providing a mobile number.
For Voter Viewer users (authorized campaign staff and volunteers, "Users"), the app handles:
For SCG Communications customers and prospects, we collect information you provide to request service, quotes, or support (name, business, email, phone, service details).
3. Information we do NOT collect
4. SMS/MMS notifications sent by SCG (required disclosures)
SCG operates SMS/MMS notification programs under its own name (for example, SCG iSecure security notifications). The following disclosures apply to those programs:
Consent (opt-in). SCG sends SMS/MMS messages under its own name only to people who have provided their mobile number and given explicit, active opt-in consent — for example, by submitting a form with an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox. SMS enrollment is optional and is never a required condition for using any SCG product or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the recipient's activity, subscribed service, and the type of notifications enabled.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out. You can stop SCG-branded SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages of that type. Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to the underlying SCG service (dashboard, app, email notifications remain active).
Help. Reply HELP to any SCG SMS message, or contact support@scgconnect.com / 585-671-5663.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data. SCG does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS/MMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The only third parties that receive a mobile number are the messaging providers (such as Twilio) that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for the purpose of delivering those messages.
Retention. SMS opt-in and consent records are retained for at least 4 years for compliance and audit purposes, consistent with TCPA record-keeping guidance.
5. SMS sent through SCG tools on behalf of clients (Voter Viewer)
Where a Campaign enables it, Voter Viewer can send text messages to a Campaign's contacts through the Campaign's own messaging provider. In that case the Campaign is the sender: the messages go out under the Campaign's name, to recipients the Campaign has a relationship with, and the Campaign is responsible for obtaining consent and honoring opt-outs. Those messages are governed by the Campaign's own SMS terms and privacy policy, not by this SCG policy. SCG acts only as the technology provider that helps deliver them. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in / consent data handled through Voter Viewer are used only to deliver the Campaign's messages and are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. How information is used
Information collected by SCG is used solely to operate the product or service in which it was collected — to deliver notifications, coordinate field activity, provide customer support, and improve service quality. Information is not used for any purpose unrelated to those services.
7. How information is stored and secured
Data is stored on SCG-controlled server infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access requires appropriate authentication. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; however, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. How information is shared
SCG does not sell customer data. We share it only:
9. Retention and deletion
Data is retained for the customer's use and under the customer's direction, subject to applicable retention obligations (including the 4-year SMS opt-in retention noted in Section 4). Requests to access, correct, or delete information should be directed to support@scgconnect.com.
10. Children
SCG products are intended for authorized business, security, or campaign users. They are not directed to or intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@scgconnect.com or 585-671-5663.
1. Products covered by this policy
This policy applies to information handled in connection with:
- SCG iSecure — an access-control coordination platform used by authorized security personnel at commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
- Voter Viewer — a field-organizing mobile application provided to authorized political campaigns and organizations for canvassing, phone-banking, and outreach.
- SCG Communications products — Unified Communications (UC), EV charging, IoT, network, and related enterprise services.
- SCG SMS/MMS programs — text-message notifications SCG sends under its own brand for services such as SCG iSecure (see Section 4).
- Voter-file data: names, residential addresses, party, age, and where available, telephone numbers and email addresses of registered voters in the Campaign's area, shown to authorized Users for canvassing, phone-banking, and outreach.
- Field activity: outreach results, notes, a voter's level of support, and any corrections to a voter's contact details that a User enters.
- Field contacts: name, phone, email, and address of people Users meet in the field who are not in the voter file.
- User information: a User's name (to sign in and attribute field activity), and a short-lived session token stored on the device.
For SCG Communications customers and prospects, we collect information you provide to request service, quotes, or support (name, business, email, phone, service details).
3. Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect personal information about the owner of a device beyond what is described above.
- The Voter Viewer app does not access your device's address book/contacts, photos, or microphone, and does not track location in the background.
- SCG apps and SMS programs contain no advertising and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not use collected data to build advertising profiles.
