SMS- MMS policy

Seamless Communications Group — SMS/MMS Messaging Policy

Effective: July 2026

Seamless Communications Group Inc. (“SCG,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides communications products and services, including messaging‑capable software such as the Voter Viewer application. This SMS/MMS Messaging Policy explains how text (SMS) and multimedia (MMS) messages work in connection with SCG’s products, and how any messages SCG sends under its own name are handled.

1. Two kinds of messages
a. Messages sent through SCG’s tools on behalf of a client. Some SCG products allow an authorized client — for example, a political campaign or organization — to send SMS/MMS messages to that client’s own contacts through a messaging provider (such as Twilio). In that case the client is the sender: the messages go out under the client’s name, to recipients the client has a relationship with, and the client is responsible for obtaining consent and honoring opt‑outs. Those messages are governed by the client’s own SMS terms and privacy policy, not by this policy. SCG acts only as the technology provider that helps deliver them.

b. Messages SCG sends under its own name. SCG may also send SMS/MMS messages directly — for example, service and account notifications to our business customers, verification or one‑time codes, support communications, and, where you have opted in, occasional information about SCG products and services. The terms below apply to those messages.

2. Consent (opt‑in)
We send SMS/MMS messages under our own name only to people who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them — for example, by requesting service, creating an account, or otherwise opting in. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.

3. Types of messages
Depending on what you signed up for, messages may include account and service notifications, appointment or delivery updates, verification / one‑time codes, support communications, and — if you opted in to them — occasional updates about SCG products and services.

4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you have chosen.

5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

6. How to opt out
You can stop SCG‑branded messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you those texts. You may still receive transactional messages necessary for a service you are actively using (for example, a security code you requested).

7. How to get help
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@scgconnect.com.

8. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Media messages (MMS)
Where MMS is used, messages may include images or other media relevant to the notification or, for opted‑in recipients, the information you requested.

10. We do not sell or share your number or consent data
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS/MMS opt‑in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties that receive a mobile number are the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our (or a client’s) behalf, and only for the purpose of delivering those messages. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above.
